1. Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations
When handling personal information, Legal Business Law Group LLC (“Business Law Group” or “BLG”) comply with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Armenia and other applicable laws and regulations.

BLG may collect and use the following kinds of personal information for the purposes set forth in this policy.

- any other personal information required for Business Law Group's provision of legal services.

BLG will use the collected personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the following (and will not use the same for any other purpose). BLG will not use personal information in a manner that may encourage or induce illegal or unjust acts.

- provision of information relating to BLG's legal services;

- any other purposes necessary for the appropriate and smooth performance of law firm business.
4. Secure Management Measures of Personal Information
BLG strives to maintain accurate and current personal information. Internal regulations concerning the protection of personal information have been established for the purpose of preventing the leakage, loss of, or damage to personal information. Additionally, through the periodic review and amendment of such regulations, an appropriate system is in place and the following measures have been implemented:
- Prepare and the basic policies and internal regulations to be complied with for the management of personal data in order to ensure provide the appropriate handling of personal data;
- Appoint a personal data processing manager and establish a system for reporting and communicating with the manager in the event of any fact or indication of a violation of personal information processing regulations.
- Ensure that BLG Members are bound by obligations of confidentiality and are thoroughly informed of the information security measures;
- Appropriately manage the area where personal data are handled and implement measures to prevent data theft;
- Implement the system to prevent unauthorized access from outside and protect from unauthorized software, and set access authorizations as necessary; and
- For the management of personal data in other countries, take necessary information security measures based on our understanding of the systems for the protection of personal information in such country and region.
5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
When BLG provides personal data to a third party, BLG will take the measures necessary under the relevant laws and regulations, such as obtaining consent. With the exception of the following situations, however, BLG will not provide personal information to third parties.
- when the prior consent of the concerned person is obtained;
- if required by the relevant laws or regulations;
- if the provision of such information is otherwise permitted under the RA Law on Personal Data Protection.
6. Shared Use of Personal Information
BLG may share with each other the personal information collected for the purposes set out below (“Shared Use”) and this may involve transferring the personal information to jurisdictions outside of the Republic of Armenia. Details regarding the Shared Use of personal information within BLG is set out in detail below.

- Business Law Group accepts requests for disclosure, amendment or the like concerning personal information in the possession of BLG from persons identified by such personal information in accordance with the RA Law on Personal Data Protection. BLG may not be able to comply with your request if your request does not satisfy the requirements prescribed by the RA Law on Personal Data Protection or other legal act or if there is a reason for BLG to decline disclosure or the like pursuant to the RA Law on Personal Data Protection or any other relevant laws and regulations. - Please note that BLG may request payment of the fees for notification and/or disclosure of the purpose of use of the personal information.
8. Inquiries Regarding Handling of Personal Information
Business Law Group accepts inquiries concerning the handling of personal information through the registered post or through its official e-mail address.
9. Changes in Privacy Policy
Business Law Group will, for the purpose of undertaking the secure management of personal information in an appropriate manner, periodically review and amend this Privacy Policy. In the event of significant changes, BLG will provide such information through an easily understandable method such as posting it on its website.
